Apartment Management System·Fees, banking and residents in one place

Apartment management gets simpler in one system.

A small building asks the same questions: who owes how much, which expenses were paid, who gets the records when the manager changes? Yonevo keeps fees, payments, expenses and handover records in one place.

Common situations

Which of these sound familiar?

Fee balances are scattered
Between spreadsheets, receipts and messages, it is not clear who owes how much.
Bank transactions are checked by hand
Transfer descriptions are read one by one to find which apartment paid.
Answering residents gets harder
When questions about balances, payments and receipts arrive through different channels, nothing stays in order.
Records go missing when the manager changes
When old files and spreadsheets on a personal computer are not handed over, the new management starts from scratch.
Reports aren't ready for the meeting
Preparing income and expense, cash, bank and fee reports separately increases the risk of mistakes.
Nobody knows who changed what
Being unable to show who changed a record, and when, weakens trust.
How it works in Yonevo

The same work, in one orderly record.

Fee Tracking

Balances, charges, payments, late payments and history per apartment on one screen.

Bank Transactions

With supported banks, transactions are pulled automatically; you confirm which apartment a payment is recorded to.

Card Payments

If the management has connected a payment provider account, residents see their balance in the portal and pay by card; the payment record is created automatically.

Notifications

When charges, payments or late payment penalties are posted, residents are emailed or sent an SMS depending on your settings; announcements are published in the portal.

Reports

Income and expense, cash, bank and fee reports as PDF or Excel.

Manager Handover

With opening balances, reports and the change history, a new manager picks up where the last one left off; records belong to the management, not to a person.

Owner and Tenant History

Each apartment's owners and tenants are kept with dates, so it stays clear who owed what when people move.

Permissions and Change History

Role-based access and a change history show who changed what, and when.

Example workflow

The first week: setting up the building

In a single-block building, set-up usually goes in this order:

  1. 1
    Enter apartments and people
Define the units, owners, tenants and land shares; if you have earlier records, import them from the data migration screen.
  2. 2
    Check opening balances
Enter each apartment's balance brought forward and compare it with the old records.
  3. 3
    Set up the fee rule
Set the amount and the payment day; add costs shared equally, such as the caretaker, as additional items.
  4. 4
    Open the portal to residents
Add residents' email addresses to their records; those who create an account with the same address see their balance in the portal.
