Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are issued by Yonevo (the "Service Provider") and set out the rights and obligations relating to the use of the apartment and residential complex management platform (the "Platform"). Every natural or legal person who registers with or uses the Platform (the "User") declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

• Subscriber: the building manager or management company that purchases a paid package.
• Resident User: an owner or tenant who accesses the Platform at the Subscriber's invitation.
• Content: all financial records, documents, messages and images uploaded to the Platform by the User.

Yonevo provides maintenance fee tracking, cash and bank management, journal and ledger preparation, a cheque and promissory note portfolio, reporting and resident communication as a cloud-based SaaS service. The scope of the service is limited to the package purchased.

• The service works with all modern browsers that have internet access.
• Backups, updates and infrastructure maintenance are Yonevo's responsibility.
• New features are released periodically; some improvements may depend on the package selected.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information. You are personally responsible for the security of your account:

• You must not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorised access, you must notify destek@yonevo.com without delay.
• Persons under 18 and persons not authorised to represent a legal entity may not register with the Platform.

The service fee consists of the platform fee for the active package and a usage fee based on the number of active units. Current pricing is available on the /en/pricing page.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month; annual payments receive a 2-month discount.
• Payments are made through PCI-DSS compliant payment institutions.
• Tier changes in the usage fee are applied automatically; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades from the next period.
• Taxes, duties and bank commissions are borne by the Subscriber.

You can cancel your subscription in one click from the panel. There is no cancellation fee or minimum commitment.

• For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no retroactive refunds are made.
• For annual payments, a pro-rata refund is made for the unused months (the months used are charged at the list price).
• After cancellation, your data is kept for 30 days for download purposes only; at the end of that period it is permanently deleted.

When using the Platform, the User undertakes to comply with the following rules:

• To act in accordance with the law, morality and general legal principles.
• Not to harm the rights of third parties (personal data, intellectual property, privacy, etc.).
• Not to use the Platform for unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, load testing or malicious software.
• Not to enter false or misleading financial records.

In the event of a breach of these rules, Yonevo reserves the right to suspend the account and to terminate the agreement unilaterally.

The Platform's software, source code, design, logo and all visual elements belong to or are licensed to Yonevo. The User acquires a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use.

For content uploaded to the Platform by the User, full ownership of that content remains with the User. Yonevo processes this content solely to provide the service, back it up and give technical support.

Yonevo aims to keep the Platform available 99.5% of the time each month. Planned maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance and is excluded from the calculation.

• Yonevo's total liability may not exceed the fees received from the Subscriber in the last 12 months.
• Force majeure and failures of third-party infrastructure (bank APIs, internet service providers) are excluded.
• Yonevo cannot be held liable for indirect or incidental damages or for loss of profit.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. If Yonevo detects that an account is being misused, it may suspend or terminate the account without notice. On termination, fees paid for unused periods are refunded pro rata.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes. The jurisdiction of consumer courts is reserved for Users who are consumers.
