Common situations

Which of these sound familiar?

Rebuilding the same spreadsheet every month
Copying the fee list each month, checking formulas and entering changed amounts by hand takes time.
Seeing who has paid takes time
When payments arrive through different channels, producing an up-to-date balance list means comparing records one by one.
Bank checks pile up at month end
Comparing account transactions with the records and resolving transfers with missing descriptions fills the end of the month.
Preparing reports for the board
When income, expenses and balances sit in different files, preparing a report before a meeting takes a long time.
Resident questions arrive through many channels
When questions about balances, payments and faults come by phone and message, keeping a record gets hard.
Knowing where the budget stands
Without seeing month by month which line is over budget, decisions get harder during the year.
How it works in Yonevo

The same work, in one orderly record.

Monthly Fee Charges

Fees are charged every month by rule (fixed, land share or floor area; additional items by their own method); posting the same period twice is blocked.

Bank Transactions

With supported banks, transactions are pulled automatically; for others, statements are imported. You confirm which unit a payment is recorded to.

Unit Statements

Each unit's charges, payments and remaining balance on one statement; you can send it to the resident by email or SMS.

Late Payment Penalty

Daily calculation under KMK Art. 20; rate, due date and grace period in the saved rule. Posting by hand, monthly or every day.

Budget versus Actual

The annual budget is prepared line by line; actual amounts are compared with it month by month.

Reports

Income and expense, cash, bank and balance reports as PDF or Excel; journal, general ledger and trial balance in double-entry mode.

Requests and Announcements

Faults and requests are tracked by status (new, to be assigned, in progress, resolved); announcements go out through the portal, email and SMS.

Overview Screen

The period's charges, collections and cash and bank position appear on the management panel's overview screen.

Example workflow

What does a month look like?

The work a building manager typically does in Yonevo in a month:

  1. 1
    Start of the month: charges
Fees are charged automatically by rule; residents are notified by email or SMS depending on your settings.
  2. 2
    During the month: collections
Bank transactions come in and you record each payment to the right unit. Card payments are recorded automatically.
  3. 3
    End of the month: checks
You compare the bank balance with the ledger, note any transactions left open and check the late payment penalty posting.
  4. 4
    Before the board meeting: reports
You take the income and expense, budget versus actual and balance reports and present them at the meeting.
